NAX® are kits of reagents for in vitro diagnostics for the automated extraction and purification of nucleic acids from clinical samples in combination with the Corena 24D instrument.

The kit contains all the necessary reagents in a pre-filled cartridge format.

Nax UTM: Automated purification of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) from UTM samples.
Nax blood: Automated purification of nucleic acids (DNA) from blood samples.
Nax stool: Automated purification of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) from stool samples.

Mucix® facilitates the pipetting of mucous samples with high viscosity. It liquefies mucus thanks to the mucolytic properties of its components.

Mucix® is compatible with the RealCycler® products for the detection of respiratory tract pathogens, without altering the reagents' specifications (sensitivity, specificity, etc).
