RealCycler ALPAGL allows the detection of Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis and Candida glabrata DNA in clinical samples. These pathogens are clinically implicated in candidiasis. They cause superficial and systemic infections. Early detection is crucial, particularly in immunocompromised individuals.
